Graduation.. The moment passed so quickly that I still can’t believe that life as a student is officially OVER..! It feels strange. As Marco “rubbed salt into my already painful wounds”, I can’t deny that I’m officially in the REAL world. But that’s another story. This time I’m writing about a significant turning point in life and a tribute to friendship and university life.
First of all, graduation… again. It took me 4 years of studying, 3 months of waiting and 1 day off work for this day to arrive. Interestingly, it all ended in 30 seconds. I’ve named it the most significant 30 seconds in my life as a student. Funny eh? But I’m sure most graduates would echo my words. 4 years of studying is really no joke. That equals to 1461 days or 35,064 hours! The anxiety and stress of meeting deadlines for assignments and the many nights spent burning the midnight oil in preparation for mid-term tests and final exams.. That’s the part that we’re all glad is OVER! However, there’s another part of university life that I miss very much.. FREEDOM and FRIENDSHIP… which will be expanded in my next post.
