280909 indeed was a day filled with pleasant surprises. The best of best would most definitely be the pretty bouquet of roses that came with the super cute and handsome teddy bear from Harrod’s! How sweet~~!! And of course, many many thanks to the sender.
Many other surprises came in the many wishes that came from friends from school whom I have (unfortunately) somehow lost contact. I have to admit at some point of the day, I was a little overwhelmed with emotion.
Many surprises still awaited me even when I was at home.. alone.. lazing around.. when I switched on my laptop and saw Windows 7 loading on my computer….!!! *squeal* Then the really “not-as-slow” performance of my computer meant… new ram! To top it up, mummy came home with ice-cream – my treat for the day! By then, I was really touched~~!! I felt really spoilt and pampered~~!!
Don’t get me wrong I’m not bragging here.. Just felt I should make my appreciation known.
But somehow.. I’d be lying if I said I was totally happy.. really.. I couldn’t help feeling a strange void which only 1 person will understand. Other than that, it was a good day *double thumbs up*
P/S: Oh yea, I will never underestimate the power of Facebook again.
